Lost and found items that are retreived by B-Line or BCAG staff are kept for 30-days. Items can be claimed at the B-line office/bus yard located at 326 Huss Drive, Chico, CA. Hours of pick up are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

If you think you may have lost an item while using B-Line, we strongly suggest that you give the B-Line customer service a call prior to coming to the office. They can be reached at 530-342-0221 or 1-800-822-8145 during the hours listed above.
