B-Line Paratransit is now called PLUS!

PLUS is a shared ride service made up of two programs:

ADA Paratransit is for those with a documented disability that limits their functional mobility so that all or part of a fixed route trip becomes unavailable.  

Dial-A-Ride is for residents in the service area who are 70+, regardless of disability status.

 If you need a different language or format for your application, or would like one mailed to you, please call us at (530) 809-4616.

For staff to accept and process applications and make an accurate eligibility determination, applications must be:

• Completely filled out to the best of your ability
• Signed by the applicant or the applicant's Power of Attorney
  • Applications signed by any other party will not be processed.
  • DAR applications are one (1) page and the signature field is at the bottom of that page.
  • ADA applications total seven (7) pages, including the HIPPA release form. Signatures are required on the bottom of page six (6) and on the HIPPA release form. 
• If application will be faxed or scanned and emailed back to staff, all pages must be included. Those sending the forms should ensure that the front and back of any pages are captured in the process.

Purchase Fares By Mail

• Plesae call (530) 809-4616 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. (Mon - Fri) to ask about purchasing fares by mail. The current form is being updated to reflect changes to fares and services and  will be posted here as soon as it is available.
