PLUS Regional Paratransit Guide - May 2026

B-Line PLUS Regional service is a new weekday medical-based transportation service between Butte County communities.

B-Line PLUS Regional service connects residents of Magalia, Paradise, Chico, Oroville, Biggs, and Gridley to medical appointments in other communities. If getting to a doctor, specialist, or dialysis center in another part of Butte County has meant depending on someone else or going without, this service was built for you.

Who can ride?

B-Line PLUS Regional Service is available to:

  • Seniors age 65 and older
  • People with ADA-certified disabilities

Trips must be to a medical facility, such as a doctor's office, specialist, hospital, dialysis center, mental health clinic, or dental office. Nearly 100 eligible medical facilities are served across the PLUS Regional service area.

General public riders may also use the service on a space-available basis at a higher fare.
