B-Line FLEX and Consolidation of Route 41 Begin on May 25th!

B-Line FLEX is a new kind of transit service for residents of Paradise and Magalia. Instead of fixed stops and schedules, FLEX comes to you. Request a ride from your location within the FLEX zone and a B-Line vehicle will pick you up at the curb and take you anywhere within the FLEX service area - for just $2!

How To Ride: Download the free Rides on Demand app on your phone. Enter your pickup location and destination and request your ride. It's that simple.

Service Area: B-Line FLEX serves Paradise and Magalia. 

Hours: Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No Sunday service.

Fare: $2 per trip for everyone, including seniors and people with disabilities. Pay through the Rides on Demand app or the Token Transit app.

Monthly pass: $80, valid on B-Line FLEX and all B-Line fixed route buses. Purchase through the Token Transit app.

Note: Smart cards cannot be used on B-Line FLEX.

Connecting to Route 41: B-Line FLEX connects to Route 41 at the Paradise Transit Center and at Lakeridge Circle, giving you access to service between Paradise, Magalia, and Chico. Let your driver know at pickup if you need to make that connection and they will radio ahead to coordinate. If your Token Transit pass is active when you board, it covers Route 41 fare at no extra charge within 60 minutes.

Note: A temporary stop for Route 41 is in place at Lakeridge Circle during construction.

What to know before you ride:

• Vehicles hold up to eight passengers and rides may be shared
• FLEX vehicles have bike racks
• The same rules about what you can bring on board, rider rules of conduct, etc., apply as on B-Line fixed route buses
