We have two ways to submit an online comment.
1) Click the following link to get to the operations form (drivers, service staff, etc):
The data submitted will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless legally required. The above link opens to a form on a site titled "Case IQ - New Case". Select "B-Line (Chico, CA)" as the Case Type. Note: You do not have to complete the "Add Party" section to submit the form.
2) Fill out the form below for comments realeted to administration, customer service, lost items or the UTN process:
If submitting the form below with a comment or concern related to the Unmet Transit Needs process, please be sure to select UTN in the comment topic line.
