FFY 2024/26 DBE OVERALL GOAL & METHODOLOGYTop of Page
The Butte County Association of Governments, which operates Butte Regional Transit (B-Line), has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 26. BCAG receives federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation (FTA) and, as a condition of receiving this assistance, BCAG has signed an assurance that it will fully comply with Title 49 CFR, Part 26. These regulatory provisions and BCAG's DBE Program apply to all of BCAG's FTA-assisted contracts.
BCAG is required to submit a goal-setting methodology on a three-year cycle as well as an annual review to account for changes that may warrant an adjustment to the overall goal based on changed circumstances. Annual reviews are generally completed in June of any non-goal setting year.
BCAG's Overall Goal for FFY 2024/26 is 1.35%.
As part of the goal setting process, BCAG seeks comment from the public on the availablility of DBEs or non-DBEs in the related market area(s). The current comment period is open from June 5, 2023 through July 7, 2023. Please open and read the Community Letter (here) for more information on how to provide comments.
