 Bus Stop Shelter Improvements

B-Line Staff is actively working to improve the look and feel of all the bus stops in Butte County. Work has started at the stops that have the highest number of boardings and those in most need of an upgrade. Here is the list of completed stops:

Technology Updates

New Token Transit validators are now installed on all vehicles. This will allow more purchasing options for bus fares and syncs completely and securely with the Token Transit app.

B-Line also recently launched Passenger Portal (browser-based) and the Rides-On-Demand mobile app (Apple Store or Google Play). Both interfaces allow paratransit riders to request and cancel their reservations without needing to call in and potentially wait on hold. These services also allow designated third parties to book rides for users as well.
