About the Project

The Regional Paratransit Operating Plan was created to address a critical transportation gap facing seniors and people with disabilities in Butte County. While local paratransit services exist within individual communities, many residents must travel between cities to access essential healthcare—trips that historic services cannot reliably support. This document outlines a targeted, practical solution to provide safe, dependable, and affordable non‑emergency medical transportation across the B‑Line service area.
